Company History Line

Winscon Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. It is an electronic technology company integrating the development and production of flexible and rigid circuit boards. We export our products to over 50 countries and regions in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, etc.

We specializes in the production of high-density circuit boards (single, double-sided and multilayer) for display screens, and ordinary / high-TG thick copper plates. The products have passed UL certification and obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive Board quality management certification, products can meet EU RoHS and REACH related regulatory requirements.




















Our products are widely used in consumer power, communications, industrial control, home security, medical equipment, telecommunication, notebook computer, digital camera, and other home appliances, automotive instruments, meters, and other high-tech industries.

Winscon now has offices in 3 locations for better order and production arrangement. Winscon(Shenzhen), Winscon(HongKong), and LM(LianMeng Production Facility in Huizhou) with over 300 employees to provide the best product and service to our customers.


As a new business strategy has formed in our company group, Winscon(Shenzhen) and Winscon(HongKong) now merged into LM Electronics. Winscon now is focused on the global oversea market while LM Electronics focuses on domestic orders.

1. LM Electronics - 1995
The funder of our company Mr. Xiao was in the PCB since 1993. In 1998 LM Electronics was established and PCB production for China electronic companies.

2. Winscon Electronics(HK) - 2005
While the domestic PCB business keeps running, the management board decided to open the global market at the time the global trade business demand increased.

3. Winscon Electroncis(SZ) - 2021
More and more overseas customers would like to visit our China office and production lines, we decided to set up a new office in Shenzhen City the place for China PCBs to serve our customers.
